That’s right, that’s why there is no affirmative action, no preferential treatments for certain groups, no talk about white privilege and systemic racism, no Critical Race Theory in every institution, no talk of reparations, no defunding of cops... none of those group (population, race) based programs exist.

Racial divisions and discord consume every ounce of emotional energy of this country. A day doesn’t go by where some form or other of racial “injustice” isn’t in the headlines.
As for the nice black family from the right end of the bell curve that moved next to you... true you didn’t pick them, they picked you... more precisely your neighborhood (I’m sure mostly white) because they didn’t want to live in the hood. IOW, they themselves (like you) have a low opinion of black neighborhoods. I wonder why that is? Probably for the same reason Jesse Jackson looked back and was relieved when he saw it was a white person following him instead of a black?
Let’s see how much of a racist and how honest you are. Let’s say that when that house next to you went up for sale you had a choice of picking either a random white family selected from all white families or a random black family selected from all the black families - which one would you have picked? Be honest now!
I have nothing against black people. My only point is that based on evidence worldwide, there are no cases where blacks and white, societally speaking, (not individually) peacefully coexist. (It’s not an accident, there is a reason for that, and if you’re nice to me I might even tell you what that is)
Given that, it would seem that separation might be best for both sides. They could govern themselves as they see fit without having to put up with all the irredeemably racist crackers and build their Wakanda, and whites could do the same without constantly being subjected to guilt trips and shake downs.
What exactly is wrong with that?

I live in America and that means that the guy that owns the house next to mine can sell to whom ever he chooses and I don't get a choice.
Number two, for a guy that has 'nothing against black people' you sure have a twisted view of life.
Back to your supposition, if my choice was either my black neighbor or you, I'd pay my current neighbor's mortgage to keep you out of my area.
