The Israeli Supreme Court basically gave a green light to the construction of a cable car from Jerusalem’s Mt. Zion to the Western Wall area (Dung Gate). All the pro-Palestinians and anti-Israel petitions against the move were denied.

This cable car system will be an eyesore. It is a Disneyification of the area around Old City.
Agree. What a stupid idea! I realize there is a serious problem with access to the Kotel area, but this is not the way to solve it.
