If true, based on his back problems it’s most likely to be Multiple Myeloma.

I would tend to agree with the speculation of myeloma. Putin appears to have long term steroid treatment with his puffy face. Bone pain. It fits.

One thing is for sure- he looks like hell. I would expect whoever replaces him will be a nightmare for the West.

I still can’t believe he actually invaded Ukraine - thought he was smarter.
