I like Trump, and I’ll be happy to vote for him again in 2024, but I’m not going to knock Musk for having the opinion that someone other than Trump might be a better option in ‘24. I’ve heard the same thing from a number of friends and family members who I know voted for Trump in 2020. It’s a legitimate viewpoint.

I'm with you. I also agree with Elon, that those who switched away from Trump, did so because they wanted less drama.

There is these two problems, of course:

  1. The people who switched did not cause Trump to lose. The Great Steal of 2020, did.
  2. Much of the drama was instigated by the national News Misleadia and the Deep State.

People who talk about this drama business...will go back to Clinton’s years, then Bush II, then Obama, then Trump, and cite Biden today....as too much showmanship and tons of extra drama in the White House.

It just feels like a WWE-wrestling match running 365 days a year...for 25 years straight, in their mind. You can cite the news/social media as part of the cause, but both political parties have organized this festival of daily drama.

Yes, and Trump pointing out what was going on, i.e. the truth did mot make him the drama king. I hear people who voted for him in 2016 say they won’t vote for him in the primary because he is such a “troublemaker”. Reality is not even a concept for these people abd frightens me for 2024. Stockholm Syndrone is real.
