When reached for comment, he only said, “Burble burble burble.”

‘Our commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Admiral Igor Vladimirovich Osipov, is now at his combat post.
...at the bottom of the Black Sea.

More Ukraine propaganda, like the Ghost of Kiev, the Snake Island resistance, etc.

Unfortunately for him, his combat post is on the bottom of the Black Sea. So technically they are correct.

Perhaps you can tell us where Admiral Igor Osipov is?

Most likely, as that’s what “flagship” means.
To: dennisw
So his command post has been relocated to Lubyanka Square in Moscow?

Perhaps you can tell us where Admiral Igor Osipov is?Who cares? Is he that important? Does it even matter if he is alive or dead?
I simply get suspicious when another Ukraine puff-piece is written after all the lies.

In the days following the Moskva’s sinking, Ukrainian sources reported that Admiral Osipov was arrested. Not surprising from Ukrainian sources, how badly he and his aid were beaten varied. So who knows where he is?

Given a choice, I wonder if he’d opt for arrest or the seabed.

How about the other sailors aboard Moskva? Have many of them been heard from?

Most Navies want to know where their admirals are.
It kind of important.

He defected to the west. First he put the ship in a precarious possition so that it’s sinking would cover his tracks
