Is the price of food and gas being driven by the money supply? Are people going to give up food and gas to pay off their student loans. IDK.
I think fuel prices could absolutlely be affected by aggregate demand. Food is not so simple due to fertilizer shortages. Getting a handle on inflation expectations is a big part of crushing inflation.
