NBC News reports the dead includes shooter. I hope it's true, but no one else is reporting that the shooter is among the dead that I have seen. The shooter could have killed himself, but then why the arrest of the guy we have seen pictures of? Early on, I saw some report that shooter was killed by someone else with a gun.

NBC edits their headline to take away that shooter was among the dead. So much for that. Looks like the scumbag gave himself up instead of offing himself.
