It appears that all the retail corporations that said they were pulling out of Russia only did so in Moscow. I see Coke on the shelves and he comments about McDonalds.
What’s the price of regular unleaded in Russia?
CRAP - Are they really so STUPID as to stock all that JUNK?
I guess we did outsmart them, after all. They won’t last very long consuming that garbage.

........................................................
I don’t know about Coke but McDonalds did pull out but of course they couldn’t take the restaurants with them. They are being run by Russians and it’s simply theft.
The sanctions are not going to hurt the grocery stores.
The places you will see sanctions hurt is imports of finished materials and spare parts. That will start to grind down manufacturing. And transportation, in things like aircraft and trains.
Maintenance is critical. Farm tractors without maintenance and parts are just scarecrows in the fields.
cans of pilsner urquell cool.
$2.80 per gallon.
In Europe they use higher octane since most engines are small and many are turbocharged (my VW requires 92, it’s fast and I didn’t need to worry about fuel prices because Trump was President when purchased). So 92 is the lowest you can get there.
I’m paying $5.99 per gallon at the filling station near me.
Yup. $4.50 a gallon for me, in NY State. And headed higher.
That’s the way a lot of stores in Eastern Europe look. Everything is close together and they have a very large beverage section (more selection than here, I don’t know why). But hey, there’s no baby formula shortage in Europe, just here. Thanks Brandon.
They look better stocked than stores I’ve seen in NH.
I noticed they sell Berio Olive Oil. Good stuff.
It’s about $4.40 here in NH.
Russia will pull in the largest harvest in its history this year at 120 million tons. They won’t be exporting any of it (or fertilizer) to proxy warriors in the west. Combined with $75 trillion in oil and gas reserves , they’re going to be just fine this winter. Sanctions did nothing but boost the Ruble and increase their revenue from oil and gas while digging our own graves. Bravo!
Lucky you! < /sarc>
Regular unleaded in Russia is about half our cost. $2.70 a gallon.
What are the store prices? Centi-rubles?
I’m paying nothing for 87 octane [personally blended from the 85 and 91 octane pumps] non-alcoholic gas because I filled up my tactical reserve a couple of months ago....
We just hit 6 bucks. Let’s go Biden. To the moon!
The local walgreens looks pathetic, here.
Financial grease will be used as necessary.
Russians and Ukrainians are not the only financial grease lovers in the world.
South Central Pa $4.55 regular unleaded
