We have not declared war on anyone since World War II.
All military actions since, such as Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kosovo, Libya, were not declared wars.
I don’t know why we do military actions without a declaration of war . Are there skme technical legal reasons under international law why we don’t declare war?

I don’t know why either but I thought at the start of the Ukraine Battle that the U.S. and Russia were going to go head to head soon enough and I thought it would have been much better to have a No fly zone along the Western and North Eastern Border of Ukraine and Protected by the USAF.
I thought that by doing that it would diffuse the situation since the Russian’s would think twice about attacking U.S. Stealth Fighters.
The Russians are like children shouting that their Military Equipment is superior to what the U.S. and the West Produce and as usual history is proving that that is false.
From where I see it the No Fly Zone would have been much cheaper and effective instead of sending 40 Billion dollars to Ukraine.
