"...is a reason people are saying I need to be able to make my own decisions about when and if to start a family," she continued.

Lady, you decide to start a family when you spread your legs and become pregnant; not 9 months later.

By her logic, we should kill off all our kids to fight inflation. Crazy.

Democrats have a knack of conflating issues to make absurd connections. Wan to solve inflation? Abort more babies.
Just crazy.

Damn. These baby killers a friggin’ insane. Infanticide cures inflation? That’s too much flatulence she’s pumping out.

Thomas Sowell
@ThomasSowell

Planned Parenthood was founded not simply as an organization for limiting the size of families in general but more particularly to reduce the reproduction of the black population in the United States, as Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger herself noted.

And if we all just offed ourselves inflation would evaporate.

It just occurred to me that Johnathon Swift proposed eating kids to solve the problem of poverty. Not much different than the proposal to abort them.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Modest_Proposal

A Modest Proposal For preventing the Children of Poor People From being a Burthen to Their Parents or Country, and For making them Beneficial to the Publick,[1] commonly referred to as A Modest Proposal, is a Juvenalian satirical essay written and published anonymously by Jonathan Swift in 1729. The essay suggests that the impoverished Irish might ease their economic troubles by selling their children as food to rich gentlemen and ladies

Though the Swift analogy is tempting, this is not satire. I’d suggest Rep. Porter is simply channeling her inner Margaret Sanger. Her firm (Planned Parenthood) has been successfully reducing the population of undesirables, aka low income and minorities, for over a century. And generating nearly $200 million a year for their troubles. This is mainstream Democrat thinking.

A basic understanding of economics is completely missing in about 99% of the members in Congress.

"So I think the fact that we're seeing this jump in expenses, that we're seeing people having to pay more in the grocery store pay more at the pump, pay more for housing, is a reason people are saying I need to be able to make my own decisions about when and if to start a family," she continued.

You can make those decisions, you moron. How about making a decision to not get knocked up until or if you’re ready to start a family? It’s really not that hard.

These idiots are the ones who were calling those of us who refused to strap dirty laundry on our faces “selfish.” But killing an unborn child as a means of birth control is the ultimate in selfishness.

Stupid woman.
