Exactly, and once Finland does join NATO, which is their right, the Russians aren’t going to do jack sh*t about it.
They didn’t do anything when the Baltic states joined. Probably will not do anything if Finland joins.
Joining NATO means the US guarantees your sovereignty up to and including nuclear war. Good deal for the Finns, not so much for us.
