“Ben Carson is supporting Oz. Along with Trump. Rick Perry. Hannity. Ted Nugent.”
That’s quite a line-up, but they have all been wrong and supported RINOs.
So have I. I voted for both McCain and Romney - even Toomey. I’m trying not to make the same mistake again.
I had to produce my DD214 for a VA Home loan and my state’s Veteran ID card. Don’t know her situation and not judging her but if you are going to run for public office touting your service, you better have that DD214 to show, even if its redacted. I have 2 DD214’s, one for when I left active duty and the other upon my completed obligation to the Inactive Ready Reserve, where I did absolutely nothing and received no pay. They show two different ranks but both say “Honorable”. No one can question anything.
Army Reserve but the paperwork shown only gives an end date.
Read it again.
Apparently, she did both the Army Reserve AND Army National Guard.
Dr. Oz praising Michelle Obama, knocking Republicans, and normalizing transgender kids. https://youtu.be/Y8NMgda_Xq0
Trump better get behind Kathy Barnett now and push her over the Finish Line because he will never be a legitimate candidate ever again if all Oz wins and he was backing him.
Both you and Greg Kelly are idiots
You are right! She is over the target and they are fighting back hard. Here’s another recent hit piece that backfired on Ric Grenell. Ric needs to do better.
How about being a worthless pussy who stands for nothing
Yes just like he vented Jeff Sessions Bill Barr etc. etc. etc. etc.
Vetted !
Vented makes it sounds like they were gases! Useless gas bags yes gases probably not!
The NGB Form 22 is a DD214 equivalent for Guardsmen. The letter is something that an IRR person who’d never been activated would get.
The picture this paints to me is that she was a Guardsmen for 7 years in a unit that never, ever got activated (not that uncommon in the 90s), moved from Alabama to Missouri and maintained her status in the IRR (so she wouldn’t lose seniority), looked for a billet in a local guard or reserve unit but couldn’t find one, and then when she moved again said to heck with it and processed out of the IRR.
Honorable, not that uncommon, but hardly notable. I think it’s actually more interesting that she would be in the Guard for 7 years and never even get a Secret clearance. That tells me that her unit was never, ever going to get activated or even seriously train with active duty parent units. Again, back in the 90s that was not horribly uncommon for ARNG units.
Bottom line is that if I was her advisor, I’d proudly claim the 7 years in the Guard (nothing to be ashamed of there) and 3 years in the IRR. But I wouldn’t push a 10 year Army record. While TECHNICALLY correct, it’s a little misleading IMHO.
Are you addressing that to me or Oz?
“I can’t quite read it. Essentially, what does it say?”
She was a clerk. for 7 years and 7 months.
Separated is an E4.
Long time to stroke corporal...... Probably not the brightest bulb, or hardest working person in the unit.
Don’t forget the witch Abramovich of spirit cooking fame!
NGB Form 22 is the National Guard equivalent of the DD-214. Sort of.
Or she was easily satisfied at the time.
I’m always amused by these guys who serve 2 - 4 years in the “real Army” (Active Duty) and look down on Reservists and Guardsmen who serve 10, 20 even 30 years with multiple deployments.
So she was E-4 Mafia. That’s good enough for me.
Whether active, guard or reserve, the service tape on your chest all say the same thing: U.S. Army.
