First lady Jill Biden called on Russian President Vladimir Putin to end the war in Ukraine after visiting the country during a four-day trip to eastern Europe.

“Mr. Putin, please end this senseless and brutal war,” Biden wrote in a CNN op-ed published on Wednesday.

Biden visited Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine over Mother’s Day weekend. While in the first two countries, she met with women and children who had fled Ukraine since Russia’s invasion.

Sorry, but this pro-Zelensky crowd of dictator wanna-be’s are no better than Putin: Biden; BoJo; Macron; Trudeau; faceless EU bureaucrats; Soros; the Italian and German socialists; Pelosi; and anyone supporting LGBT and Disney.

What are you guys smoking? Ukraine, in its existing form, is over and that largely due to Biden’s meddling.

"Faltering forces of infidels cannot just enter a country of 26 million people and lay besiege to them! They are the ones who will find themselves under siege. Therefore, in reality, whatever this miserable Rumsfeld has been saying, he was talking about his own forces. Now even the American command is under siege."

NATO doesn’t have enough weapons to give. It is geared towards sub-nation-state conflicts. The talks of how 90 howitzers or 30 fighter jest are going to turn the tide in the conflict where the thousands of pieces are already involved are laughable.

LOL. I will blame auto-correct here. But I think I really did type “viscous” instead of “vicious”.

I would say Putin is already plenty punished for his aggression - thousand (tens of thousands?) dead, humiliation of his military, economy wrecked, internal dissent, pariah status in the West, second fiddle in his alliance with the PRC, etc.
I guess my offer would be a referendum in the Donbass area on whether they want to be Russian or Ukrainian (no independence).

I can say, and I am responsible for what I am saying, that they have started to commit suicide under the walls of Baghdad. We will encourage them to commit more suicides quickly.

Did she ever say a word about mothers getting shelled in the Donbass by the 2nd SS division for the last 8 years? Oh wait, my bad. It wasn’t the 2nd SS Das Reich.... it was just Azov with the same emblems.

“Ukraine, in its existing form, is over...”

I’m afraid that’s true. Ukraine has lost this war, if for no other reason than they are running out of troops. We see all the wiz-bang shots made by drones and missiles while the enemies’ artillery pound towns and their defenders into dust. It is a grinding down and these losses cannot be replaced by Ukraine, no matter how many guns we send them.

It was stupid, almost to the point of criminal for the west to urge Ukraine to break off negotiations with Russia. Calling your enemy names and threatening future prosecution does not stop the war. It kills more on all sides, and it makes winning all the more critical.

I feel much better that part time school teacher Jill Biden is running our country rather than her demented husband.

“ Biden has done nothing to negotiate peace between Russia and Ukraine”

What is there to negotiate? Any “negotiation” results in Ukraine ceding territory to Russia.

A negotiation for peace could include ceding territory.. or it could be something else. But you hold peace talks anyway.

Sometimes negotiation is the right move when the alternative is a destroyed country and 10’s of thousands dead. A proxy war between the US and Russia may or may not be in the best interest of the Ukrainian people. Maybe the billions in US aid will not materialize. (Oh, wait...)
