Joseph Robinette Biden: WORST.PRESIDENT.EVER

I beg to differ.

This is the best president ever.

He has done nothing wrong, and everything he's done, is working perfectly and according to plan. If you don't believe me, ask Jen Psaki or Biden or anybody working in his administration.

Inflation? Not his fault. He did everything right, and if anything went wrong, it's because of the mess Trump left him and because republicans refuse to go along with his spending plans.

Fuel prices through the roof? Nope! He had nothing to do with that, and it's the oil companies fault, because they're gouging the consumers.

Afghanistan? It was perfectly executed, and the problems there occurred because Trump left a mess that could not be fixed.

GDP tumbling? Nope! It's on the way to a recovery if all of his plans come together and if republicans stay out of the way and vote for Build-Back-Better.

Covid? Well, if people died it's because of Trump's refusal to get people to wear masks and people were not forced to vaccinate. Biden fixed all that and saved the country. Biden kept his promise to eliminate the virus.

Crime crisis? Where, when? It all started during Trump's tenure and crime levels will become normalized to the point where people get used to it.

Climate crisis? Not anymore, since we're killing the oil industry and fossil-fuels in general.

Low poll numbers? Well, not with my people and it's all because of the right-wing networks who hate me, says Biden.

So, because everything is working perfectly and according to plan, this is the best president ever.

Bingo. That 18% are probably bike and subway riders and the EV crowd. Gas prices don’t effect them...unless they buy anything that moved by truck. Unfortunately, those folks are too dense to get that.

and this was occurring well before Vladimir Putin arrayed his troops on the Ukrainian border.

Hooray and thank you Townhall for pointing that out. I initially scanned the article for "since Putin invaded Ukraine", which is normally the default START point for any media articles about gas prices. I was happy to see that this article did not do that.

Very good point. There is now a symbiotic relationship, if not one of collusion between them. Such a cooperative arrangement is a very unhealthy development for this country.

It used to be government of, by and for the people. No longer is that true.

Or they're simply too rich to care.

"No gas tax with EV’s so watch for transponders in every vehicle, including scooters, to charge us by mile. Singapore has been using them for many moons."

Don't forget an extra road tax on power rates.

And food...Try feeding a family of 4 with prices the way they are. You can’t have stew and soup every day and you sure can’t afford the vegetables.

Hopefully some Republican was smart enough to save the tapes of Biden and other Dems from 2019 saying shut down the pipeline, shut down fracking and that high gas prices are necessary to force stupid, gas-addicted Americans into riding bikes and public transportation because they don’t know what’s good for them.

As we all know, there are many people who think the rise in gas prices is entirely due to Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.

That’s not true, of course. But for a moment let’s say that it is. Then it’s still Biden’s fault. When Trump was President, Putin behaved. Trump had everything under control.

Then Biden took office, and Putin sensed weakness in the White House. So Putin made his move.

So the Biden supporters have a choice. Inflation is out of control because Biden is either incompetent or weak. Take yer pick, Biden folks.

(We conservatives know it’s both.)

The other 18% do not drive. They do not understand that the price of diesel fuel effects the price of literally everything that they purchase.

Everything ships on a boat, train or truck.
They do not understand that ALL plastic comes from Petroleum or Natural Gas.

Basically, they just do not understand the concept of why things cost what they do or where they come from.

I remember in eighth-grade economics - yes, eighth-grade economics! - the length to which the teacher went - God bless him! - to help us understand some basic concepts. I didn’t much like either the subject or the teacher at the time. But I remember him now with much appreciation. That was back when schools actually expected much from students and actually taught important and necessary things.

Biden commented, “I told you things would be getting worse. Why aren’t your secret service agents stocking up on extra gas, why haven’t you told them to fill up all your limos and keep them topped off, and...

regular people don’t have secret service agents and multiple limos...?...

well f### them then...”
