People are crazy. But I’ve already known that for a long time.

If you're only having a vasectomy if you think abortions might become illegal, karma should kick you in the yarbles really really hard.

This is not the problem. My husband also got snipped after our 4th (and we intended all four).
That is not the profile of men the article is talking about.

Positive proof that some people consider abortion just a form of contraception.
It’s evil.

Vasectomy is better than a vacuum.

What about tubal ligations? Vasectomy is better, since the husband can fool around, but the wife better not.
I got one after the twins came. Its a good thing.

“Vasectomy is better, since the husband can fool around, but the wife better not.”
Yeah, that’s from your perspective. For the woman that wants to fool around getting her tubes tied might be preferable, especially since they bear most of the burden of fooling around.
And most of the women who are pro-abort are the types who like to fool around.
(PS - I like your handle 😉)

...and 500,000 men choose to have the procedure every year.
Ouch! Doing it once, OK. But every year?

It’s fine by me if it’s permanent.
If they are that morally bankrupt, I’d rather they weren’t procreating.

I used to think we had reached peak stupidity, but each year proves me wrong. The possible Supreme Court finding does not make abortion illegal, it just allows states to set their own abortion related laws.
And yet we have endless media reporting, and leftists of various kinds saying that the possible Supreme Court decision would make abortion illegal.
As to the poll respondents, they really are clueless, and probably not telling the truth either.

When vasectomies are outlawed the only place you'll be able to get one is in a back alley Dojo.
To: freeandfreezing
In theory, a court could rule making it illegal, but I don’t think it’s happening here.
To: nickcarraway
I’ll call BS... Searches up 99% is highly doubtful and even it it was did it go from 10 to 19?
Closing ones legs, condoms and birth control are far cheaper.
I’m also onboard with sterilization, male and female for anyone on welfare.

Makes one wonder: any members of Congress run out and buy several hundred vasectomies knowing that the price will go up?
Or condoms? Have they bought stock in the companies that make rappers? Stupid dictation software – rubbers not rappers.

A vasectomy is a permanent method of birth control in which the vas deferens, which carry sperm from the testicles to the urethra, are cut and sealed.
It is NOT permanent. It CAN be reversed. Maybe not successfully 100% of the time, but still.
