ABC’s legal analyst Sunny Hostin said Monday on “The View” that she was “shocked” at complaints about protests outside the homes of Supreme Court justices.
Hostin said, “I was watching a lot of the protests that were happening outside of some of the justices’ homes, and my understanding is that Justice Alito has had to go into hiding because of this, you know, draft opinion that was leaked. And while I think it is terrible that a justice would have to go into hiding, I think it is really clear to the justices now that, 64 to 66 percent of Americans believe that the Supreme Court should uphold Roe v. Wade, right? Maybe these protests and maybe this outcry gives Chief Justice Roberts some leverage for a more moderate approach. Because we saw during the hearing that he was looking for a way, a moderate way to handle this case. And I just think when you have the Supreme Court justices like Clarence Thomas coming out this weekend and saying at the 11th Circuit Judicial Conference that they will not be bullied and that people need to live with outcomes they don’t agree with.”
She added, “Then other justices are saying you have no right to stand and freely protest, peacefully protest outside of our homes. We have a right to privacy. Well, women have a right to privacy as well, and women have a right to privacy with their bodies. I’m just shocked that that’s what we’re hearing from men, that’s what we’re hearing from the justices, that’s what we’re hearing from Republicans, that people don’t have a right to protest this draft opinion when the Supreme Court has found that you have a right to protest in front of abortion clinics, that there can be no buffer zone.”

If a car full of Proud Boys had pulled into a gas station 5 miles from Ginsburg’s house, to get some gas and use the bathroom, it would have been a National emergency.
where do the percentages come from?
Exactly.
I wonder how she would feel if there were people watching her that wanted her and her kids dead because of her beliefs. Mostly peaceful protesters, of course...
Ignorance
BINGO!! Anyone? What is her address and phone number so we can just drop by to say hello!
Precisely.
I get to work with AA management and engineers…
Disappointed that the governor didn’t take harsher action against those bastards. What a disappointment every time we think we have voted in a person with basketballs they turn out to have nothing but a linguini spine when faced with a courageous test!
So ... unless there is truly some secret plan a-comin' ...
90+% of ALL Republicans are still just eunuchs.
Sunny needs to go get a job at the Pancake House. She’s exceeding her skill levels by going on TV flapping her lips.
Anyone know Sunnys address?
If Democrats get their way, all actual human rights (life, liberty and property) will be subject to mob vote.
Can someone explain to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray that laws are being broken in front of the homes of Supreme Court Justices?
Peppermint Patty says that Joe is OK with the protests and that the nation has no position on the protests at the homes of the Justices. Well, US Code is indeed “the position” of the Federal Government. The DoJ and FBI are tools of the left.
So, we have at least THREE office holders acting against their oaths of office!

Attempting to intimidate a federal judge in a ruling on a case is a FEDERAL CRIME.... but don’t expect the Ministry of Justice of the illegitimate administration to do anything
I think that if women want “privacy with their own bodies” they shouldn’t invite so many d*cks in.
What is HER address????
It’s literally a federal crime to try to influence judges by protesting at their homes.

We’re about to get doomsday.
There’s no living with these people. They don’t respect the law, and they won’t abide by it. These lunatics fully support predators grooming your kids in public schools, and they already have drag queens twerking in front of young children in public libraries. They want to force you to apologize for being a racist to keep your job — and they want to teach your kid to feel guilty too — and they want to openly cheat in every public election to stay in power.
We’re about to get doomsday.
There’s no negotiating with these people. Communists think everything is basically about power and violence. It allows them to say or do anything because morality is just a social construct to them. One minute they’ll tell you it’s impossible to define what a woman is because they’re not biologists, and the next minute they’ll scream about how a “woman’s right” to kill her own baby is sacred. They don’t care about hypocrisy — they’ll laugh at you for bringing it up. They hold no consistent positions, and they have no principles — other than holding power. They’re almost allergic to logic.
Stop pretending that you can negotiate with these cultural terrorists. You can’t. You can submit or you can fight.
The middle ground is gone.
Brownshirt Media promoting the breaking of law again. My question is where are the armed counter-protesters for law and order?
