They probably did - in the Democrat strongholds of deep red states but wasn’t enough to overturn the election in those states. But in marginally red states or swing states like AZ, GA, WI , PA etc.. all it needed was one corrupt county run by Democrats, typically around a large blue city, to overturn that state. Just four counties in the entire country should have been enough to give the election to Biden and that still wouldn’t have counted as “widespread “ voter fraud. The fraud was meticulously planned and targeted.
I did a comparison by county, by state of The Holy One's record 2008 turnout and The Turnip's 2020 "turnout", for all 50 states.
The things I saw!
For instance, in deep red Nebraska, the Democrats managed to use a 20 mile square to hijack the at-large electoral vote:

The Democrats LOST a House seat in blue Minnesota - held for 30 years by a very conservative Democrat - because his district was outside the 55 mile by 70 mile rectangle that the Dems use to steal the statewide races every election cycle.
The only thing that saved the two House seats for the Republicans was that the Republican SOS made the county election people move the mail ballot boxes next to the county registrar's offices, where they could surveil and control them.
The Democrats stole one US House seat in Iowa [not Kansas], missed getting another one by eight six votes [you might have read about that one (Mariannette Miller-Meeks)], and almost got a third House seat.
