$600 billion is just the down payment. We are already paying Ukrainian government salaries and pensions. Rebuilding Ukraine could cost well over a trillion dollars. In the meantime there are the costs associated with 5 million refugees and another 10 million displaced internally. How many decades will we be paying for Ukraine.
