It’s been demonstrated that productivity has been up and sick time has been down for those working at home; if he’s more productive at home thsn in the office, this guy may actually be an excellent example of “work ethic”.

I firmly disagree. Not only do wfh workers never turn on their cameras in-conference, there was a recent study that indicated that more than 35% of them were actually collecting two full-time salaries!

I’m an employer. I wouldn’t stand for it, personally.
