Most of Boeing’s business is federal—more stable money than the commercial market where they compete with Airbus—so no surprise they are relocating to become just another Beltway Bandit, which they already were.

I don’t think so. About 1/3 is federal.

They can also get away with things not flying, i.e. the SLS and Star-Liner.
