"Cumbersome" laws? Here in Massachusetts politicians and judges don't bother with such words. They're right up front about their complete contempt for the 2nd Amendment. A few years ago SCOTUS struck down one of their laws...by a 9-0 vote.
Hopefully Hawaii gets the same treatment.
