There are some folks here on FR who unreservedly support Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. They talk as if Putin is waging some sort of holy war. I find that to be quite puzzling, and quite sad.
Many more of us recognize that Russia is wrong here - I myself firmly believe that Putin is a war criminal. Yet we also realize that this situation must be handled with finesse.
This is not unlike the situation right before WW I. Great nations blundered into a major war almost by accident. So I think articles like the one posted here have value. Our leaders are no less stupid and no less conniving than those of 1914.
The only people I have seen posting about a parade in Russia are the bootlicking Biden/WEF warbois. Must be because they were fascinated watching it.
