Legally we have been at war with Russia since we provided direct arms to a belligerent in a conflict and yet again when the USA committed economic acts of war against Russia an economic blockade is by it’s very.definition an international act of war. Yes we were at a state of war during Vietnam and Korea it is not up to the third party in a proxy war if they are in a state of war with a belligerent it is 100% up to the aggrieved party how they take the acts of war against them. Like it or not the USA is in a state of war with Russia period full stop if they decide that the acts against them demand direct action they are fully in their rights under the law of war to strike back and it’s only a matter of time before they do. I would not be surprised at all if they light off a tactical nuke over Ukraine to demonstrate one they work and two they will use them. NATO will do exactly Jack sh1t about a low yield tacnuke taking out a port or factory district no way NATO.risks Brussels or Berlin for Kiev not happening regardless what the chicken hawks here say NATO will not use nukes they lack the stones for it.

The Soviets gave the US and NATO an ultimatum on December 10, 2022 and told us to give them all of Eastern Europe or else they’d go to war. And go to war they have.

FYI here are the Soviet demands from 12/10/2021:
Article 1: the parties should not strengthen their security at the expense of Russia’s security;
Article 2: the parties will use multilateral consultations and the NATO-Russia Council to address points of conflict;
Article 3: the parties reaffirm that they do not consider each other as adversaries and maintain a dialogue;
Article 4: the parties shall not deploy military forces and weaponry on the territory of any of the other states in Europe in addition to any forces that were deployed as of May 27, 1997;
Article 5: the parties shall not deploy land-based intermediate- and short-range missiles adjacent to the other parties;
Article 6: all member States of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization commit themselves to refrain from any further enlargement of NATO, including the accession of Ukraine as well as other States;
Article 7: the parties that are member States of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization shall not conduct any military activity on the territory of Ukraine as well as other States in the Eastern Europe, in the South Caucasus and in Central Asia; and
Article 8: the agreement shall not be interpreted as affecting the primary responsibility of the Security Council of the United Nations for maintaining international peace and security.
Russia is primed to launch a preemptive strike against NATO. NATO refuses to allow a negotiated peace. This can only end one way with the current crop of White House warmongers.
