Well, clearly Putin is nuts. Lavrov is nuts. Rogozin is nuts and Zakharova is nuts too. Siogu is nuts, and all those other Rooskies I can't name are all nuts en masse. Oh yeah Medvedev is nuts ex post facto if he's still around.
I for one will be consoled and vindicated by this fact as the fallout settles and the nuclear winter ensues, if by chance I and my family don't get incinerated in the first wave of ICBM nukes.

I’m not far from a primary target (unnamed publicly nor privately). The initial (no doubt multiple) strikes there wouldn’t get me but the fallout / nuclear winter would.
