Before the Nazi adopted it, it was a good luck symbol. There’s a pic of Jackie O. as a girl dressed up as an Indian with swastikas on her dress, Coca Cola used it and the American Canal Zone issued a stamped envelope with swastikas around the border of stamp.

They still use the symbol on Japanese maps to indicate the location of Buddhist temples, AFAIK.

Two years ago, Finland began to remove their blue swastikas from their aircraft, flags, and medals. (In use in 1918—but still)...
