Here in America, there would be a lawsuit, and a leftist court would would allow the mosque volume to go even louder.
In Muslim countries the call to prayer would be appropriate but in countries that are not Muslim the loudspeakers that blare out the call to prayer is not appropriate.
Mind you, evil me would counter with LOUDER loudspeakers.

I’ve never known Muslims to be concerned with what is “appropriate”.
Should the patriots prevail in the next election, we should address this. We will need a shari’a court to process all the illegal alien Muslims Biden let in, and a holding facility. I suggest Joe’s home town in Delaware would be appropriate.
We can ask Catholic Charities to fund a mosque there as well, so decrepit Joe can share the ‘sweet call of prayer’ (Hussein Obama) with his neighbors 6 times a day.
