The "bio-labs" claims have to be the singularly most stupid argument I've ever seen on FR. Russia also received funding from those programs and they were publicly discussed at the time. It's simply ludicrous propaganda to claim there was some "secret bio-weapons" scheme being funded.

As far as killing Ukrainian citizens: Now they're Ukrainians? I thought they were helpless oppressed Russians yearning for reunification with the rodina.
