Pretty sure 90%+ of State Law is stuff that's allowed under Federal Law, seeing as how there's quite a lot of stuff the Feds don't Constitutionally have any powers over. Why would this be any different?

If California can restrict ammo being shipped into CA unless you have an FFL, I fail to see why A state cannot restrict access to pills.
