The people angry about this were going to vote D anyway. Idiotic to think this would move the needle much

8-10% inflation…

That moved the needle

You are of course correct.

The “concerned” and perpetually defeatist clowns that love to predict destruction and doom couldn’t process that though.

Expecting a 1:1 correlation is vastly overestimating the intelligence of the average voter.

So many people say they know why things happen. Tucker is worst offender. He never says here’s what I think happened it’s always a definite. It’s silly

This could have been done for other reasons

It could have been a simple red herring

A couple of news items in past week have been enough to motivate this. One- Pfizer crap. Another dinesh’s movie. Or both. Or neither

But what about the saturation coverage in the media about all the outrage about the leaked opinion?

What about the rage to Elizabeth Warren on the warpath?

What about Chuck Schumer bellowing that the Republicans need to vote for abortion rights to be on the right side of history?

What about Whoopi Goldberg saying hands off her body?

To listen to the media you would swear this pending legal opinion will shift masses of support to the Democrats.

Try www.shadowstats.com . They compare pre-1990 methodology change calculation of modern data with government data.

Done the old fashioned way we have 17% inflation. That is what people are feeling. They can say it is "only" 8-10% and a lot of us can't say for sure it is higher, but there is definitely real pain at 17%.
