Plan B (MAP) is available without prescription at any drug store, or Target or Walmart. Up to three days to take it. They can ask the pharmacist. No ID required. It used to be over the counter where I worked, but too much shoplifting.

Pretty much any county health department will write a prescription and probably fill it at no charge.
