Maybe he should try convincing women to not get pregnant unless they plan on keeping the baby.
Being Catholic, or so he would apparently have us believe, he can pass on better counsel than that.
Not that I expect that to happen, unfortunately.
Also Biden should try convincing men to also not impregnate anyone unless they plan on paying child support for 18 years.
Honestly I think many young men are simply not aware of this result.
