Criminals sharing abortion-rights sentiments targeted a church in Boulder Tuesday night, smashing windows and spray painting Sacred Heart of Mary Church in Boulder. The Catholic church, and the Archdiocese in Denver, said the vandalism to the property will cost thousands of dollars to repair.
Parishioners of the Boulder County church showed up for morning mass to find anti-catholic and abortion rights messages spray-painted on their buildings. Windows were smashed, and messages of universal healthcare were also left on sculptures.
“Once again a parish community showed up for a morning mass and had to walk in and witness that their parish had been targeted,” said Mark Haas, spokesperson for the Archdiocese. “I hate to say it. I was not surprised to learn of this, this morning.”
Haas said the Archdiocese had suspected the possibility of targeted vandalism if the Supreme Court elected to overturn the Roe v. Wade ruling. However, they were not expecting it to happen until June at the earliest.
Haas said the church was saddened to be expecting possible vandalism due to their anti-abortion rights beliefs.
“People just have so much hatred in their hearts. We pray for them,” one parishioner told CBS4 as he worked to cleanup the vandalism.

Why it’s always Catholic Churches vandalized and never those belonging to other denominations is beyond me.
But it’s MAGA that is “extreme” according to Pedo Joe.
It is said that the Devil knows who his biggest enemy is.
Because vandals are cowards and Catholics are known not to retaliate. Baptists, Mormons and other pro-lifers are also know to be pro-second amendment.
That’s so brave.
He does, indeed.

Colorado Vandals Deface Catholic Cathedral with ‘Satan Lives Here’

The graffiti also mocked Jesus and maligned priests
Vandals desecrated the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception in Denver, Colorado, on Sunday with satanic messages shortly before the morning Mass.
The cathedral’s brass front doors and stone columns were defaced with messages mocking Jesus, maligning Catholic priests as “child rapists,” and claiming “Satan lives here,” according to local ABC affiliate Denver 7.
In an apparent reference to the phrase that went viral on social media after gay marriage was legalized in 2015, “love wins” was scrawled on a nearby statue of Pope John Paul II.
A priest reportedly told Denver 7 reporter Patrick Perez that a witness submitted a statement to the police.
The cathedral basilica suffered similar vandalism in 2020 during the protests that swept the county in the wake of George Floyd’s death. On the same weekend fires were set to the parish house at St. John’s Episcopal Church, Lafayette Square in Washington, D.C., vandals spray-painted messages on church property such as “There is no God” and “God is dead.”
The cathedral did not respond to a request for comment in time for publication. . .
Because Catholics have always been at the forefront of the pro-life movement and they are a large, easily identifiable target. Even though there are many non-Catholic Christians who are just as tirelessly pro-life, it's a lot harder for the haters and the vandals to identify where they go to church.
Not the only reason, but I'm pretty sure ex-Catholics are big in the pro-death movement.
Well I hope it cost him a little money to clean it up because they’ve been sending a whole bunch of illegals to the US and expecting our taxpayers to pay for them.
