SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Clinics in California are preparing for a possible surge of patients if abortion is banned in many other states in the country in the event that Roe v. Wade is overturned.
With more than two dozen states expected to ban or restrict abortion access, Gov. Gavin Newsom has said California will serve as a sanctuary.

In that California is a "Green" state and that even kitchen scraps must be seperated an put into the correct recycling container this could present a problem. How will they compost all of those dead babies?

Perhaps one of the woke airlines can have special “Abortion Flights” to California
I live in the high country of Mexifornia and all I can do is pray that at least some of these women contemplating abortion changes their minds.

Out East, in preRoe days New York state had a thriving abortion/tourism industry. No doubt they will again if the Dobbs draft holds.
The blue states will soon be having serious discussions within themselves concerning this issue. Sanctuary states to take a life? They’re not ready for this discussion and would prefer it swept under the rug. It’s gonna be awesome.
Don’t we have a bad enough reputation? Do we need to add to it?
Don't be naïve. Once the ruling is made official, the deepest blue states will loudly proclaim they're open for out-of-state women to come get abortions. California is already discussing using their $31 billion taxpayer surplus to pay for it, and saying they expect out-of-state abortion seekers to go from 46,000 a year to 1.4 million.
Weird world.
Why? This isn’t the 50s. So many forms of birth control. And the morning after pill. Are women still using abortion as birth control?
This should make the ghouls throw a big party. It’s what they really want!

However, young folks in other states might find themselves more likely to take precautions rather than using abortion as birth control.
I can see a boon, for baby killing blue states, from this ruling.
Well, PP will be asking for more $$. If they have to admit 3rd term murderers, they might have to cut back on handing out hormone blockers upon request — without any parental notice. Can’t cut into that taxpayer revenue stream, can we?
Also note that early-on use of hormone blockers results in sterilization. You’d almost think they are on a crusade to commit genocide.
