Why would they announce that they plan to be at a certain location at a certain time?
Are they trying to get killed?
Or is it a trap?
Russia is not announcing it, Ukraine intelligence is. So maybe they (Ukraine intelligence) is hoping some rabble-rousers will come and disrupt things.
