You may be right. However I was thinking that the polls must be real bad in the midterms for the Democrats to come up with this Supreme Court leak.
Kavanaugh just seems like the squishy one. Thomas’s hearing gave him an enduring titanium backbone (”Don’t get mad, get even.”) where Kavanaugh’s rough hearing seems go have given him Stockholm Syndrome.

Likely someone was signaling the “Intel Officers” to immediately present either the Barrett Adoption or Kavanaugh Sex-Scandal blackmail “dossier” to the respective target.
Finally, someone who understands the MO. The leak is not about influencing the mid-term election; its about influencing two justices and politicizing the SCOTUS.
