If 300000 MAGA members do not turn out or vote for Kemp in the general election, and Kemp is still able to beat Abrams, then yes, this will be proof that the general election was rigged.
There is no way in hell that Kemp can beat Abrams in the general election without those 300000 MAGA voters.
FYI: Four years ago, Kemp beat Abrams by only 50,000 votes. He cannot do it again without MAGA.
