Has it occurred to anyone else that Brown-Jackson just might be the stalking horse they are going to use to pack the Court?
She is only an oath away from being a voting member. Once she is seated, someone will “suddenly” realize they need an odd number of justices to get solid, unquestionable, majority rulings.
What is to keep the left from seating her?
The Constitution? I don’t think it says anything about the number of justices and we are dealing with a power grab like none other ever seen in this country..
Because republicans didn't fight it and some republicans sided with democrats.
