1. “whom” is only used for the object, not the subject. “Send not to know for whom the bell tolls” as opposed to “Who’s the leader of the club that’s made for you and me.”
2. No crime on the books. It’s a violation of legal ethics, so if a lawyer did it, he’d get disciplined. But a smart lawyer would use a trustworthy gopher or non-traceable electronic means, so he wouldn’t get caught.
3. Didn’t a law clerk already breach confidentiality when he publicly revealed that Brave Sir Roberts said in conference with colleagues that he wasn’t going to apply Bush v. Gore to the Texas 2020 election case, “because there are street riots”? What ever happened to that law clerk?
