Correction: Justice Nelson Curtis, then the youngest justice on the Court resigned from the Court.
It was Justice Curtis who had his dissenting opinion published who resigned.

Law schools are going to have to revamp their Ethics classes to add in this case and reiterate the requirements for confidentiality NO MATTER the legal work an attorney is doing (unless in the case of criminal actions).
