The only pro abortion conservatives I have met over my many years or have seen online are the pro eugenics folks.
They tend to keep a low profile.

As you may know eugenics was the prevailing orthodoxy in US universities in the early 1900s—of course now it is banned everywhere.
Oh, there are dozens of them on FR. You catch glimpses now and again, I imagine today we’ll catch a few more glimpses.
