I hear what you are saying about them wanting to fire up the liberal Democrat base for the elections.

But the elections are in November. The opinion would be officially released by the end of June anyway, in plenty of time before the elections.

Probably some liberal law clerk leaked this. He or she should be disbarred. Whether that happens remains to be seen. Leaks in Washington happen so often, that who knows if they can nail the culprit who leaked it.
