Another day in NYC. Run by morons who refuse to keep animals like this off the street. Hurting innocent people is the new mantra. No guns allowed for law-abiding citizens but a sanctuary city and a welfare state. I am glad I bailed from NYC and CA. Wow. So sad.
Problem really is... People like this are becoming the norm in inner cities everywhere, not the exception. Society's in big trouble. It's in danger of breaking apart I fear.
