Who hired this person? How much is she paid? What will her duties be? How many will work for her? Why was the filling of this position not debated before Congress? How will enforcement of the 'disinformation' disagree or comply with the 1st amendment of the Constitution?

We ceased having a Constitutional Republic when the congress critters waved an illicit presidential candidate into the Oval Office. Barry Soetoro was not qualified to run for the office, the demons in both parties knew it, yet they endorsed the fraud, ending our Constitutional Republic.
