This might be what Putin has in mind when he talks about denazifying Ukraine...
I like the Russians portraying the Chechens as brave fighters. As terrible as wars are, they bring people together.
As for an Azov sniper targeting a child when there are Russian soldiers about, let’s just say I have my doubts.
Another Chechen’s experience:
Graphic video: The Russian unit commander (Chechen) was killed by the (Ukrainian) shell at the moment of live reporting on social media TikTok that their mission was completed successfully with only one wounded.

I think the script writers are selling to both sides. Imagine
getting paid double for one article just by changing the characters names.
Rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona
Rep. Dan Bishop of North Carolina
Rep. Warren Davidson of Ohio
Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida
Rep. Paul Gosar of Arizona
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia
Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky
Rep. Ralph Norman of South Carolina
Rep. Scott Perry of Pennsylvania
Rep. Tom Tiffany of Wisconsin
It was 100 - 0 in the senate, unanimous. Two things I would note:
In the context of US politics, the term "bipartisan" means stupid AND evil, and
The only motivation there would ever be for ANYTHING to pass all but unanimously or unanimously like that would be blackmail.
Why did you omit the gang? Omar, horse face and the rest of the Democratic socialists are united in their opposition to Ukraine.
Brining Muslims in as mercenaires should be a war crime in and of itself.
Does he mention brutal repressions in Chechnya by his fellow Kadyrovites?
Kadyrov rules the Chechen Republic through despotism and repression. Over the years, he has come under criticism from international organisations for a wide array of human rights abuses under his watch, with Human Rights Watch calling the forced disappearances and torture so widespread they constituted crimes against humanity. During his tenure, he has advocated restricting the public lives of women. Ramzan Kadyrov has been frequently accused of involvement in the kidnapping, assassination, and torture of human rights activists, critics, and their relatives, within both Chechnya as well as in other regions of the Russian Federation and abroad, through the political use of police and military forces.

Having been in a war, I can assure you there is no such thing as a war crime, all wars are a crime.
I was in Moscow during the Chechen war, Grozny and many cities totally flattened. Vlad is exercising much restraint in Ukraine.
That said, his “ diplomacy” is excellent, he was able to take a country that despised him ( Chechnya ) and less than twenty years later get them to spill their own blood for him.
The chechens do the same thing to the children of their enemies.
I doubt that this is an unbiased source....did you look at the provenance of this publication?
Vlad will hopefully end up swinging by his heels from a lamppost.

Not likely. Vlad is to Russia as Trump is to the US.. More likely Zelensky swings from his heels if he can’t account for the billions being given to him and his corrupted government.
Of course, some of the billions that are “given” as aid work their way back to the USA. That is how the Swamp creatures “earn” some of their millions while making less than $175,000 per year. Giving billions to a nation as corrupt as Ukraine just fattens the take.
Perspective.
Chechnya is a tiny country, smaller in area than Rhode Island, our smallest state. It's a country of less than 2 million people, and Russia lost the first Chechen war. The second Chechen war took 8 months. Ukraine is a country of 40 million with 35X the land area of Chechnya.
Grozny was a small city of less than 200,000 people. Mariupol was about 400,000, over twice the size of Grozny. Russia has expended far more effort, troops, armor, artillery, bombs and missiles in Ukraine than they did in Chechnya, and have inflicted far more damage. Chechnya is tiny, Ukraine isn't.

Zelinsky has a way to go before he catches up with Putin in the stealing from your country category.
Wait, so you're actually arguing Chechnya isn't an authoritarian hellhole?
I’m arguing that you using it as a source wrt a controversial topic doesn’t speak well of you...
