The Supreme Court lost any credibility it had when @#$% Bush put @#$% Roberts on the Court.

The author is out to lunch on this one. Michael Jackson — or whatever its name is — might actually elevate the collective IQ of the Supreme Court. After reading through the transcript of the Supreme Court hearing on the infamous OSHA mandate case several months ago, I concluded that most of those judges are dumber than piles of rocks.

Aside from the efforts of DeSantis and Trump, and a precious few conservative politicians who buck the system, the GOP itself does little to nothing to halt the Left’s juggernaut. How can the ship be righted when the crew doesn’t want to do it?

Does she have the Cliff Notes on biology on her desk of just the books on black lynching that she read before it was published?

Just like that, the SCOTUS has been further reduced in stature to an affirmative action hire giveaway program, rather like a DMV office that has the power to override laws.

Thurgood Marshal was chosen because he's black. Sandra Day O'Connor was chosen because she was female. Clarence Thomas was chosen because he's black. Amy Coney Barrett was chosen because she's female. Ketanji Brown-Jackson was chosen because she was black and female. The whole 'affirmative action' complaint ship sailed a long time ago.

Which is why Trump lost a golden opportunity after 1/6/21 to establish a GENUINE second political party that the majority of the American electorate could call home. True conservative patriots currently have no viable political party.

I completely agree. I may be wrong but I think that if Trump had started a new party millions of people would have abandoned the GOP overnight — because the party does not stand for anything. It has no principles, convictions or beliefs. It only want’s our votes and money and gives little to nothing in return.

Imagine how great it would be to support a real conservative party that actually stands for something.

Re: "True conservative patriots currently have no viable political party."

That is because true Conservative patriots are a numerical minority just about everywhere.

That is a significant problem in a democracy, which we can only solve by compromising with Centrists and the Center Left.

Save for DeSantis, Trump and a handful of others the GOP is bereft of leadership. It is infested with duplicitous Swamp creatures.

Never forget. Paul Ryan (AKA Fox News Corp.) came out to publicly support Ketanji Brown-Jackson.

The GOP is and always will be run by RINOs.

Some things never change.

And one of those brushfires started on the right is the rise in parents taking issue with school boards. We need many more such brushfires.

This article is outstanding and says most of what we need to point out to the citizens of this nation.

( no time for a 3rd party before 2022, we must fortify the Republican Party with genuine Republic and before 2022)

That’s exactly right. I send contributions only to those few who do not waiver in their support for conservative policies and for legislation based on a literal interpretation of the Constitution. I never contribute via any fund-raising organization connected to the GOP.
