As Putin’s badash dictator of Chechnia, maybe even badder than Putin, perhaps he is collecting those weapons to use against Putin when the time is right. Things I have read more recently suggest that he is quite capable of such “patriotic” treachery. Mariupol is not the first total destructing of a city. Groxny was Putin’s great gift to Kadyrov’s route to power. I have little doubt that he is quite capable of disguising a deep hatred and plans for revenge against Putin.
