Tell me, why don't states like Texas, Arizona, Idaho etc, get cheated out of nearly every election going back decades, like CA does? Could it be the leftist out number conservatives in CA probably 4 to 1? Elections going back 40 years in CA clearly support the lopsided results. Is there voter fraud in CA? Of course, but not on the scale you're suggesting.
