Half agree. The frozen funds are not the property of the Ukraine or anyone else except Russia. But until this thing is over, none of the funds should be transferred to the Ukraine as they are currently buying weapons to strike innocents inside Russian property. Where is the restitution of that? Because of who and what they hit, the Ukraines should be made to recompense for injury or loss, also. They are just as much in this civil war the same way as the Russians are when they hit targets outside their country.

A lot of the flattened cities and towns will end up as Russian territory anyway.
