There maybe a few RINOS in the House who might vote to impeach Clarence Thomas but it will take at least 17 Senate Republicans to vote to convict and remove Justice Thomas from the Supreme Court if all 50 DimRat Senators vote to convict him. Murkowski, Collins and Romney are IMO the only Republican Senators I see possibly voting to convict.
It only takes a simple majority to convict in the House but a 2/3 super majority of the Senate to convict and remove a Federal Judge.
