Well there's certainly plenty of all that throughout this conflict from all parties involved There are few reliable sources of reality which don't lean one way or the other twisting the facts or exaggerating all aspects of this conflict - thus the propaganda war is as shifting as the ground fighting is - and parties pushing it.
